Hey there everyone! We are excited to share an update about the Lez Gizo Kids' project at Mosquito Beach. In 2023, the project focused on teaching local youth about environmental care and music. They aimed to educate children about the history and future of Mosquito Beach and the nearby islands.
Thanks to the support of the Growing Spirit Nature School, the project expanded its play area to incorporate elements representing various cultures. This playground now features toys, musical instruments, educational materials, and more, providing a rich learning environment for the kids.
We are thrilled to announce that Sunset Jamz 2024 will kick off on Tuesdays at 5 pm starting from March through September. This event offers a fantastic opportunity for your child to learn about environmental stewardship and become an integral part of our vibrant community at Mosquito Beach.
Your involvement and support will help create a nurturing and enriching environment for local youth, fostering a love for nature and a sense of belonging. We encourage parents and donors to join us in enabling these valuable experiences for the children at Mosquito Beach.
